2. Services

This platform provides course booking services for students and teachers, including but not limited to: • Booking and cancelling courses • Viewing teacher information • Membership card management (for course fee settlement) • Course progress tracking Note: Membership cards and payments on this platform are only for settling course booking fees and do not involve financial investment or wealth-management services.

3. User Obligations

When using this platform, you shall: • Provide true and accurate personal information • Keep your account credentials secure and not transfer or lend your account • Follow platform rules and not engage in illegal activity • Attend booked courses on time, and notify in advance if you need to cancel

4. Membership Card Rules

Membership card usage rules: • Cards are for personal use only and may not be transferred • Validity follows what is stated on the card • After purchase or recharge, unused balance or lessons are generally not returned to the original payment method. Course-cancellation credits follow the Refund Policy and go back to the card • Please top up promptly when the balance is insufficient

5. Disclaimer

The platform is not liable for losses caused by: • Your breach of this agreement or platform rules • Force majeure • Device failure or network issues on your side • Third-party service interruptions

6. Changes to this Agreement

The platform may update this agreement as business needs evolve. After changes are published through appropriate channels, continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
