FAQ
Clear answers for parents comparing kids English options.
What is WoolyTalk?
WoolyTalk is online English for children ages 4–15: live 1:1 lessons with a real tutor. Parents book ahead in the student app and see written feedback after each class.
What ages is it for?
Lessons are designed for ages 4–15. Materials are matched to the child’s age and English level using CEFR, not a one-size-fits-all track.
Are lessons live 1:1, or recorded / group classes?
Every lesson is a live 1:1 session between your child and one human tutor, and each lesson is 25 minutes. It is not a pre-recorded course and not a large group class.
What materials do you use?
Materials follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), so vocabulary and topics progress level by level.
How do trial and regular lessons differ?
A trial helps your family explore classroom interaction and pace. Regular lessons support ongoing learning. Check each booking page for tutor, duration and price details.
Where can I see lesson prices?
Open the student app and select a trial or regular lesson to see current prices. Prices and displayed currency may vary by tutor and course, so check before booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Read the cancellation details on the booking page. For fees and refunds, refer to the refund policy and applicable rules. Contact us if you need help.
How do we get started?
Open the student app, create a family account, share your child’s level, and book the first 1:1 lesson. For help, use WhatsApp on this site or email support@woolytalk.com.
